Yes. The initial consultation by email, phone or video call and indicative cost guidance are free and without obligation. We review your enquiry first so the conversation is useful for your project.
It is a guide to help you plan, based on the information available. Scope, finishes, site access and structural conditions affect the final cost. We explain the assumptions and let you know when further investigation is needed before we can give a meaningful range.
You can enquire without finished drawings. For an existing home, a floor plan helps us understand the layout before giving useful cost guidance. Try a previous property listing and check that it reflects your current home. For new homes, share your block details and any plans you have. If you need design support, we have a close relationship with an architect who handles design and approvals.

Yes. Our formal building quotes are free and without obligation once the scope and required information are ready. Preparing drawings, engineering, surveys or other consultant services may involve separate fees. These are discussed before you commission them.
